AIVidGen ("the app", "we", "us") is operated by SV Tech LLP. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect

We do not ask for your contacts, location, photos library or microphone. Pictures are only read when you pick one to animate.
2. How we use information
- Create the videos you ask for and let you download them.
- Sign you in, apply free and Premium limits, and keep the service safe and fair.
- Show and measure ads on the free plan (1 video a day, unlocked by a short rewarded ad).
- Detect and act on content that breaks our Content Policy.
- Answer your support requests and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your prompts, pictures or videos to train our own AI models.
3. Who we share it with
- AI video providers. Your prompt, your selected settings and any picture you upload are sent to the third-party service that renders the video. Those services process the content under their own terms and privacy policies.
- Google (Firebase Authentication, AdMob, Google Play). For sign-in, advertising and subscriptions. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our servers.
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect people from harm or fraud.
4. How long we keep things
- Generated videos: kept in your account library for 30 days together with the prompt and settings used, so you can watch and download them on any device where you sign in. They are deleted automatically after 30 days, or straight away when you delete a video or your account. Stored on Cloudflare R2. Save anything you want to keep longer to your device.
- Prompts and uploaded pictures: held in memory while your video renders; the job record is removed after about 2 hours. A picture you upload is discarded as soon as the job ends.
- Account data (phone number, plan, daily usage counters): kept while your account exists.
- Safety reports: kept as long as needed to review them and protect other users.
- Backups and logs are rotated and removed on a short schedule.
5. Your choices and rights
- Delete your account and data: in the app, open Account → Delete account. You can also email us; see Delete your account.
- Ads: you can reset or opt out of personalised ads in Android Settings → Google → Ads. Premium has no ads.
- Access or correction: email us and we will help with any request about the data we hold on you.
- Depending on where you live (for example India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the GDPR in Europe, or state laws in the US) you may have additional rights. We honour them.
6. Children
AIVidGen is not for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country, such as 16 in parts of Europe). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the account.
7. Security and international transfers
We use encrypted connections, store only what is needed, and limit access to our systems. No system is perfectly secure. Our service providers may be in other countries, so your information can be processed outside the country where you live.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
